At Cherry Bomb Café, we are passionate about bringing people together over delicious food and drinks. Our journey began as a small coffee shop next door 6 years ago, and we have since expanded to become a full-service café. Ambiance plays a big part in how we spoil our customers with cozy nooks, velvet couches, a library, fireplaces and low level lighting.

Our rustic homestyle menu seeks to combine the best of local produce from the iconic Piccadilly Valley region. We keep the menu simple, wholesome and seasonal and our specials often include donations from local townsfolk. Our signature Cherry Pie is absolutely something not to be missed.

Our coffee beans are proudly roasted locally by Kindred Coffee. Each cup is brewed with care to ensure you get a rich and flavorful experience using their "Milkman Blend" and Tweedvale milk from Lobethal.

Indulge in our decadent cakes made inhouse by our passionate bakers, from our very own Cherry Brownies to our decadant Persian Love cake, we are sure to satisfy any sweet tooth. Four Seeds also supply our gluten free slices.

Our Cherry Pie is seriously good, we put lots of love into making our pies. If you haven’t had a slice of pie with us, then you haven’t lived. Made on site (like all our cakes) with cherries from Ceravolo Orchards.

Host your next bookclub at the cafe, we have our own library stacked full of carefully curated books old and new.
Access & parking
Please make sure you park diagonally opposite the cafe at the Ashton Hall, or alongside at the Post Office or the cafe carport for elderly or families with children. Please note the cafe is Heritage listed and has no disability access. This is an actual picture of the cafe in the early 1900's when it was known as Mrs Lovibonds Emporium - AKA The Ashton General Store.
